Room and staff. Dirty space not maintained Ac not working Not any other facilities available in hotel

Only ac working, laundry ok. Staff are doing maximum extent but no help.

In this winter no hotwater is coming until 9.30 am.lift and room very smelly. Fan no regulator running only at high speed no proper blanket provided but it is like onion skin. One of the bed has yellow colour dirt shade even after informing also no steps takes. Booked for 3 night based on this headache checked out in 2 nights. Informed to booking.com they will refund one day fare. As a comedy they are asking photo proof funny hotel people itself accepting all. Now a days booking.com properties not upto the mark. Tried makemy trip last 2 bookings fo for so good.

Bad smell, zero maintenance, no hot water, Dirty washrooms, small insects on the bed. Overall very pathetic experience 😞

There was nothing likable in the Hotel. Rooms were dirty with cigarette butts lying around, full of cockroaches and bed mites. My wife and son faced severe problems due to bed mite bites. Photos attached.

Complicated parking space, no control over how other cars have been parked Smelly rooms and washrooms Doorway, Verandah stinking with liquor smell No water in flush, staff didn't bother to inform when we checked in around midnight, had to wake up and change room around 1 AM Bed bugs, could not sleep the whole night, Waste of money. This place needs serious makeover to be a family stay.
