La position pour accéder à la plage. La tranquillité malgré le nombre d’habitation.

Parking pas privée à usage exclusif. Equipement de la maison juste ce qu’il faut mais rien de plus. Cuisine vieillotte et sentant fortement l’humidité. Jardin, pas clôturé comme il faut, délicat avec un chien. Bref bien trop cher pour ce que offre effectivement ce logement. Zone à proximité à l’abandon, domage.

Posizione rispetto al mare ottima, casa spaziosa , tv , lavatrice e connessione internet ottime , giardino etavolo per cene esterne, ottimo impianto di climatizzazione con 3 split indipendenti che compensano la totale mancanza di zanzariere

La posizione come prima casa all'interno del residence si è rilevata drammatica, non per colpa dei proprietari, ma si trova davanti a 3 panchine e alla zona rifiuti, i serramenti sono miseri , anni 70.. sulle panchine davanti alla casa fanno gruppo tutti i ragazzi del residence piu' altri che entrano dall'esterno, nonostante l'ra del silenzio del residence fosse oltre alle 24.00 (già tanto) gli schiamazzi continuavano senza soste ogni singola sera fino alle 2.00 di notte , abbiamo chiesto piu' volte che se ne andassero per poter dormire ma l'unico risultato è stato che da vigliacchi mi hanno preso a calci tutta la fiancata dell'auto(fatta denuncia ai carabinieri contro ignoti perchè il responsabile e impossibile da identificare). Alle 6.30 puntuali ogni mattina venivano quelli della spazzatura con il camion a svuotare i cassonetti, esattamente di fronte alla casa , abbiamo potuto dormire in pace solo nella pausa pomeridiana , forse anche solo dei serramenti decenti avrebbero potuto limitare il disagio.

Casa grande arredata con gusto e con arredi nuovi e comodi, un giardino spazioso, il tutto collocato in un villaggio silenzioso e frequentato da gente simpatica ed accogliente a due passi dal mare e dalle principali attrazioni locali!

We and our dog felt comfortable. The garden was big enough for the dog to run around but unfortunately it didn't have a garden door. The beach was also very close with various bars and restaurants. There are also plenty of grocery stores nearby and Porto Recanati also offers a lot.

Unfortunately it was not the house shown in the pictures. The pictures are a bit deceiving as the garden and rooms are not as big as they seem. In the first week they found a wasp nest that had to be removed by the local fire department. They didn't clear away the remains afterwards and someone had to be called out to remove them. In that situation it was quite a hassle that nobody wanted to deal with it. The facilities are mediocre. For example, the kitchen utensils were not sharp or were still dirty. I now take certain things with me because it's always the same with the knives you find.
