The location was great. Really close to the waterfront. The accommodation itself has everything you need. Everything looks brand new and is really clean. The beds are a little too hard for us, but that's common in Asia. We definately recommend this place if you stay in Kota Kinabalu

The swimmingpool has no sun during the day

Located in centre of city. Good restaurants/cafes, markets, shopping centres, jetty to islands all within walking distance.

The building is not completed including the lobby, and there are construction works in the public areas. However these will eventually be completed.

"Great clean modern apartment"

Very modern and clean apartment, with great view across the hills from the bedroom. We appreciated the little touches in the apartment eg snacks, aromatherapy oil, and washing machine. Air Con and wifi both worked well.

The pool is lovely, but be aware there is building work happening in other parts of the apartment block around the pool area so there is some construction noise. I imagine the pool area will be lovely when this building work is finished.
