Caretaker is easy to talk with, kind and very accommodating. She address all of our needs during our stay. Highly recommendable

They have to fix the vinyl tiles in the living room and we request for a bigger dining table, over all, our stay is very nice!

There was enough bed space for our group. The location is very good. Walking distance from SM downtown and Centrio Mall. Convenience store is right outside the condo. Parking space is very near the elevator.

Check-in wasn't smooth. We had to wait at the lobby for around 30mins. One of the bathroom was broken but there was one available inside the bedroom that's working well.

We were not able to stay in the property because the host suddenly cancelled us because the unit was occupied. I have been trying to reach out to ask for a refund but to no avail. Please give me my money back not to mention the hassle of looking for another place to stay last minute because the unit is not available.
