Újbuda Rest Apartment With Air Condition and Balcony

1. Apartment was close to public transit and in a older but quiet neighborhood 2. Host was very responsive and provided good recommendation on local and family own establishments 3. Apartment was clean, cozy, reasonably priced and came with AC that was needed since the temperature spiked to near 90s fahrenheit .

1. Exact location of the apartment was a bit confusing since 12+ apartments shared the same address. This could be problematic if you arrived at night. The apartment is in building 2, 4th floor and 1st unit on the floor. 2. Stairwell lights don't work and the elevator shuts off after a certain hour. 3. As a 1st visitor, I wish I had booked lodging on the Pest side (apartment is on the Buda side) with most of the famous landmarks, sightseeing venues, restaurants and nightlife in Budapest. I spent alot of time taking public transit getting there. 4. Limited restaurant offerings or shops near the apartment but there is an American style 4-story indoor mall (Allee Mall) across the street from the apartment.

Quiet, well equipped apartment. I find the bed very comfortable. Clean . I would definitely stay again.

The room itself was very nice, small little kitchen with everything you could ever need and a nice small balcony with table which was pleasant

The building the apartment was in felt very unsafe, the lift felt unsafe and the building reception did not have any lights at all so had to use our phone torches. We even considered staying elsewhere as we felt unsafe, further enhanced by the fact that our room had 3 locks suggesting that it is indeed not a safe building/area. The hot water was also very very limited my gf had to skip a shower as I had used all the hot water in my very quick 5-10 minute shower
