Aylesbury Lovely Double and Single Bedroom with Guest only Bathroom

Ian is a gentleman. The property is clean, calm and comfortable. The area is safe.

Everything was perfect.

Ideal stopover when travelling. Very clean and tidy. Access to property was straightforward.

Room was quite small but adequate. Shared bathroom. Parking was okay but not right by the property

The location is great for access to Leighton Buzzard, Aylesbury etc. There is ample street parking available and shops are a short walk away. Watermead, a housing development with a Lake and lakeside bar/restaurant is close-by too with great views and sunset experience. The rooms are are good value for money and have all you'll need to chill, snack and sleep. The mattresses were comfortable and towels are provided. The bathroom is clean and has a nice shower with good power. Ian (the host) was was always on-hand to help with any queries and provided good info from the very beginning of the stay. I will use again if needed.
