The hospitality was excellent. The staff was very cooperative and responsive. During our stay, we were served breakfast, lunch and dinner on time. Everyone at the resort also assisted us while travelling to nearby places and Mukteshwar temple.

Firstly, the location was excellent. Very peaceful and the way we wanted it to be. It is situated away from the bustling crowd, has a serene calmness to it. Secondly, the staff and owner Mr Rohit made the stay wonderful. Very helpful and ever available. Thirdly, the food was excellent. Very tasty, fresh and healthy. Finally, I must mention, Jumbo the pet dog. He was sucha sweetheart, so playful and naughty.

Awesome property with lovely staff. They’ve got the perfect view of the Himalayan Range ! Very well situated and beautifully designed and decorated with mind blowing paintings which just speak out their story. Apart from the property the owner is a very humble person and he takes care of each and every guest personally. The place is a must visit for all the tourists planning to visit Mukteshwar. Never the less one smart and handsome dude will welcome you in his own affectionate manner @ Jumbo

The hospitality and the staff is so good .

1. We found this hotel to be very good. The rooms were big with a balcony. The view from the room was amazing looking at the mountains. 2. The staff of the hotel is not that well trained but still they are very good. They are very polite, kind, helpful and always available. They are 2-3 people managing the show including the owner himself. 3. Breakfast was also included in the price and was good. 4. The location of the hotel is good. It is around 8 kms away from Mukteshwar but still very scenic and beautiful.

1. The food prices are extremely high. The menu of food we received at the hotel room didn't have prices mentioned. We trusted and ordered food without asking the prices but to our surprise, they were extremely high. We never ordered again from them after the first day. Please ask for prices before ordering. 2. We got only 1 water bottle on the first day and after that water was not kept in the room. Please arrange for your water. 3. Toilet paper, shampoos, Towels, and soaps were not replenished in the room. We had to ask for them and they were immediately provided. I guess the staff is still learning which is ok. 4. The price could have been less for the services and stay we received.

resort is 7-8 kms away from mukhteshwar, making it a peaceful gateway from the chaotic hillstation crowd. proivdes stunning view of the nanda devi himaylan range. resort staff behavior and services were superb, especially rohit's hospitality was brilliant.
