Die Wohnung ist super ausgestattet und sehr sauber. Der Zustand ist perfekt.

Die Hausverwaltung ist eine Katastrophe. Wir sollten zunächst 60€ Strafe bezahlen weil wir nach dem Pool noch mit leicht nassen Schuhen in den Fahrstuhl gestiegen sind. Außerdem ist der Straßenlärm wirklich extrem.

"Perfect city apartment 100% reccomend"

Literally perfect to use as my base while I was in Lima - a lovely little home from home. The apartment was clean, comfortable, nicely decorated & had everything I needed. Wendy was also so lovely and accommodating and checked in with me to see how I was settling in. The location was excellent- easy walking distance to all the good places.

The only negative I have is that the drivers of Lima like to hoot their car horn (a lot) all times of day & night so it can be a little noisy - however this is to be expected in a city centre ... and the lovely apartment definitely makes up for it.

It has confy furniture and great interior design. We love to be in a centric place to move around Lima. There is a pool and jacuzzi in the building with great views also.

The noise of the traffic was something that wake us up sometimes but it's something not weird in Lima. Everything else was great.
