二樓休息室很舒服，有飲料和柔和音樂，氣氛很好。 地點便利，走路12分鐘，就到雲場池和附近delicia超市。

早餐是送到房間的固定簡餐，選擇性較少。

施設全体がきれいで清潔感がある。 スタッフは一生懸命やっている。

軽井沢のホテル全般に言えることだが、スタッフの人数が少ない。 人材不足をマニュアルでカバーしていて不足はないが、料金に値するだけのサービスとは思えない。

"Sweet hotel in a beautiful little town"

Sweet little hotel in a beautiful town. We rented cycles from the hotel, very reasonably priced (cheaper than the stores around the station) and explored the town on bike. Great location close to the station and 20 mins from the Ginza Main Street
