駅から近い 周りにコンビニなどがある 小さな子がいたので、和室があるのがとても快適でした！お風呂も広かったです。きれいでした。 ベビーグッズを色々貸してくださり、とても助かりました！

"A lovely, friendly place to stay right near the station"

This hotel is an easy walk from the train station. It is clean, has excellent amenities, a great lounge are and very friendly staff. We hired bikes at a really reasonable price for a day which was a fantastic way to see the area. They have excellent recommendations for restaurants and are right across the road from a Family Mart. Would stay in this place again. Oh, and the toilet was best we used in Japan - and that's saying something! :)

"大約3月底入住，輕井澤還是蠻冷，但一進到飯店，就有足量暖氣跟舒服的氣味，整體空間蠻舒適溫暖。另房間空間大，行李箱打開沒問題。早餐籃的份量也很足，味道也不錯。整體服務都親切快速，有機會會想再入住。"

"清潔でお洒落なホテルですごく良かったです。"

入口入った時に良い香りがした。今まで本がたくさんあるホテルは見たことがなくお洒落だった。2Fの暖炉があり、すごくお洒落だった。2重窓なのですごく静かでホカンスできました。

ベッドが一部屋にシングル×2だったので彼女と一緒に寝れるダブルがあったら良かったです。風呂場の天井にカビがあったのでそれが気になりました。テレビでネトフリが見れなかったので少し残念でしたがYouTubeがあったので良かったです。

Fantastic location - just a few minutes walk away from the train station and from Prince Shopping Plaza. It was also a pleasant stroll to the Old Karuizawa Ginza Street. Room was spacious, clean, comfortable, and everything I needed was provided.
