"Avoid at all costs the reviews are fake"

Nothing it was dirty smelly & sink in bathroom is broke so overflows very easy, window in bedroom doesn’t lock so can be opened from outside whenever, and sofa stinks and under sofa is rotten avoid we received full refund on both nights

A beautifully laid out, self-contained property with the addition of an outdoor seating area

A lamp in the living area would be a great addition as the o ly other lighting is ceiling spotlights. I'm a bit of a 'snob' when it comes to tp, I'd take my own next time as what is provided is on the cheaper side. It's close to a railway line too, fortunately no issues for me but may benefit from ear plugs if noise disturbs your sleep. Parking permit required between 8am-6pm, not needed for our stay.
