Hanella's Place

The staff was accommodating, and I appreciated the free Wi-Fi and Netflix. However, these are amenities that can easily be found in other places that are better maintained.

The listing photos were misleading. The booking showed a bathtub, which was one of the reasons I chose this place, but there was no bathtub in the actual unit. The property also seemed poorly maintained. While it appeared just clean enough at first, there were bugs in the couch and I ended up getting several bites. Only one room had air conditioning, there were signs of water mold and cobwebs, and the toilet bowl had visible stains from poor cleaning.

Дом расположен в удалении от дороги, поэтому шума от неё нет, но при этом можно за минуту дойти и остановить трицикл. Много места в доме, мы останавливались с семьей и оценили простор. Отлично оборудована кухня, есть большой телевизор с нетфликсом. Кондиционер есть только в спальне, но дом находится в тени бамбукового леса, поэтому не нагревается слишком сильно, нам было комфортно. Стиральная машина не работает, но в пяти минутах пешком есть прачечная, где за 180 песо и пару часов получаешь чистую одежду. Родственники хозяев живут рядом, всегда можно обратиться к ним за помощью. Очень отзывчивые хозяева дома - мы запросили поздний выезд, и нам разрешили остаться до 17 часов без дополнительной платы.

Ночью сильно кричат петухи, клетки которых стоят прямо за окном спальни. Нет подъезда к дому. Но этот путь преодолевается меньше, чем за одну минуту пешком. Нам это не доставило неприятностей.

Information seen in the booking.com was best fit for me. So I booked for the whale my holidays expecting that I would have had a great staying. This is entire house, I presumebly thought it has at least fridge, air conditioner , washing machine, which I find currpt when I arrive. Kitchen ware I could find info. And someone gave high rate. BUT they were not that I had expected.

First day I noticed the washing machine was out of order. Next day I asked staff if she would help me fix it, said she could not. I did not know whether it could be fixed or not. BUT at least the property owner should have opened this information beforehand, I had booked two weeks earlier than I stay. If they were willing to fix it, they have had enough time but they didnt. Even after I start staying and want it ifxed they have had no answer to me. Staff suggested there was washing cloth shop near. Last day * at that time I have more 4days, I asked I will leave next day, then they accept my cancellation with reimbursement, which was finally rejected. So the last day was the day they have had Karaoke party next door to my staying, which went on at least 2230. Too noisy. IT WAS TOTALLY REDICULOUS. Staff there also related in this fuss, never told me that they had a party that night. I am totally dissappointed for this staying. I should have left arriving date or booked it. I recomend, choose the other place. These rates are based on a forgiveness of the property owner who denied reimbursement of my not staying 3days. So I had to make these messy rates.

This large house with 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, large living room and large kitchen/dining area. The house is very clean and is maintained. Family members of the owner live on site and are very helpful and accommodating. The kitchen is well stocked with pots pans, dishes, utensils etc.

Access to the property is difficult. Basically, there is a water rutted dirt path leading from National Highway to the house. The path is walkable or you can use navigate it with a scooter/motorbike if you are an experienced rider. I was there as a solo traveler so it was not an issue me, but the only aircon is located in the master bedroom and it does get quite warm in the other areas of the house.

I thoroughly enjoyed my stay at Hanella's place. After 2 months of staying in various places around the philippines this place was the best. Very spacious, nice comfortable sofa and big screen tv and enjoy just loungeing around for a change. Retchie was very nice and helpful. Very comfortable bed and a kitchen with everything you need. Quiet mini split ac in the master bedroom.

I just wish i could have stayed longer i really love this place. The only thing that could have been better was to have an ac unit in the livings areas. But they had some great fans and it really wasn't an issue.

It’s a very nice house with a lot of space. The interior is very nicely decorated. The sister, who lives next door, was very friendly and helpful with everything. Every few days she came to change the bedding.

Although it’s nice that the house is not directly next to the street, it was a little bit difficult to find the right entrance from the main road.
