The Coach House

I felt safe, cosy and comfortable as a solo female occupant. Lovely owners. I felt like royalty going into the private living room for breakfast 😋 which was absolutely gorgeous, homemade jam, home stewed plumage it seems all the more special and welcoming. I loved all of it! The little garage for my car, all the "thought of" extras. The studio was beautiful, will definitely be back

Tea mugs were beautiful but too small for a big tea drinker!!!!!!! Not a big problem though.

I arrived late (delayed flight) when almost dusk but didn't need the keycode arrangement as Beverley welcomed me, and was really friendly and helpful throughout my stay. The room was quiet, and light, tastefully decorated. The property has a very pretty garden and Coach House guests have use of a table outside in the courtyard. Very comfortable and large shower with a good jet of hot water. Breakfast is laid out in a separate sitting room across the courtyard, with home-made preserves and good coffee, and Beverley kindly catered for my dietary requirements. There is a selection of books and games in this sitting room. Rudgwick is a lovely location with The Fox pub close by for dinner and a pricey farm café next door to the property. Lovely property and delightful host, would definitely stay there again.

The width of the bed in a fairly narrow room left about a foot each side. Towels a bit hard and towel rail not on. Autumn had arrived and I felt a bit cold, but not enough to be too uncomfortable early mornings. I didn't ask for help with the aircon/heating system or towel rail as it's early Sept., but Beverley would be very happy to help with anything you need.

Down a quiet country lane, but very clear instruction on how to find the venue. Very helpful owner and immaculately clean. Plenty of choice in continental breakfast including delicious home baked bread. Would certainly use again

Coach House is one of the very best. Super comfortable bed and great shower. Host is friendly and welcoming and the continental breakfast is simply superb.

Clean, comfortable and cosy accommodation with an adjacent patio area and sitting/ breakfast room. Beverley is a very friendly host and the continental style breakfast includes her home-baked bread. The location is very pleasant with access to the Downs Trail just outside the door and the Firebird brewery shop almost next door.

No grumbles- this was a return visit, having stayed here a few years ago.
