Best BnB I've ever stayed in! Spotless, everything you could possibly need, lovely garden, super host. Breakfast beautifully presented with homemade jams, fruit. Amazing host, thought of everything!

Location perfect for accessing the Downs Link path. Lovely room onto a courtyard patio. Nice touch having a private lounge where a delicious breakfast was served.

Commuting in the area is a bit difficult. Would definitely recommend renting a car.

Very tasteful

Difficult getting the key from the key safe, disappointed no cooked breakfast, my confirmation just said breakfast included which I assumed meant cooked. Looking at the reviews re breakfast which were excellent this is what we expected so should stipulate continental
