USThe location is great! The live room with kitchen is spacious. The bedroom is ok size. The bathroom is updated and has a good size. The kitchenware is good enough for cooking. The host is very thoughtful to put a lot of cooking necessary oil, salt, pepper and more in the kitchen for us to cook. She even put some crackers. The whole apartment is super clean. The parking is very easy and the host will offer you an parking permit so that you can park your car there for free.
We waited at meeting spot for over one hours and couldn't find our host for the keys although we texted back and forth with our host six hours before we arrived.
USOur host was wonderful. Marianna met us at the parking space with a pass and led us down the hill to La Pietra Verde. The place was clean, cozy, and close to great restaurants and historic sites.
One recommendation is to notify visitors that they should only bring what they will need for their stay. As in many hill historic towns, the cobblestone streets are steep and a challenge to transporting large suitcases up and down.

Unbearably hard bed, parking was complicated and it ended up taking up 45 minutes from arrival with the parking to get to the apartment. However parking was only 2 euros with this

SIPeaceful, beautiful location, the view from the balcony. The kitchen is very well equipped. Extremely clean and the owner extremely kind and very helpful. She even stored our stuff until we went.
UALocated on the hill, nice view. You have everything you need to cook - kitchen, tea, etc. Big bathroom. Host met us and showed the way to the house (actually it would be quite difficult to do it by your own). Also we were provided with blue parking card by host, so could leave our car on public parking for 2 euro per day. Modern heating system (in winter it's pretty cold in that area in mountains).
It takes some time to walk from the parking to apartment, and I would recommend to walk with backpacks (not wheeling bags), since the city is located on the hill, and you need to go up and down all the time
