Le lieu est très beau, le personnel très agréable et surtout le petit déjeuner qui est vraiment, vraiment très bien.

La ubicación para empaparte del espíritu de la ciudad y moverte cómodamente a todas horas y regresar en cualquier momento era perfecta; el personal estaba pendiente de facilitarte la estancia en todo momento y con un trato muy agradable; el patio y el roof son encantadores, para disfrutarlos y el desayuno estupendo.

It was beautifully presented, a gorgeous authentic riad tucked away down a side street away from the hustle and bustle of the Medina. Staff are so kind and caring - highly recommend!

Établissement charmant, avec des chambres confortables et surtout fraîches, ce qui est très agréable après avoir passé une journée sous la chaleur du soleil de Marrakech! Pour ne rien gâcher, le personnel est très à l’écoute et serviable. Et le petit plus vient avec un petit-déjeuné excellent !

One of the first things that welcomes you is the dreamy scent of the space—a fragrance that lingers throughout your stay and comes home with you through their lovely shampoo and shower gel. I only wish I had asked about purchasing it to take some with me! We arrived in summer and left just as the temperatures were about to soar, so stepping into such a cool, refreshing space was a real treat. The comfortable furniture invites you to slow down, relax, and lounge at your leisure. We made the most of their beautiful terrace—enjoying breakfast in the early morning light, watching the sunset, or unwinding after dinner while catching the evening breeze, a peaceful contrast to the city's vibrant energy. Our room was located on the ground floor, which was convenient, but we did notice that the space could be quite noisy at times depending on the other guests, as sound tends to travel easily in the building. The location is fantastic—just a few minutes from the main square and right next to the souks. It's perfect for grabbing a bite, sipping a fresh juice, wandering through the night markets, or joining a tour to the Agafay Desert or the Ouzoud waterfalls. Habib was a warm and welcoming host. We appreciated the help arranging our transfer from the train station and the fact that staff were available 24/7. That said, having an easier way to access the house at night without needing to disturb them would have made things even smoother.

While the property claims to offer a wide range of services, we experienced a lack of communication regarding how to access them. For example, we received no information about services such as laundry, room service, or even basic housekeeping. This might be understandable for a one-night stay, but we stayed for five nights and required some of these amenities—such as fresh towels, clean bed linens, and rubbish removal—which were not proactively offered or made accessible. We appreciated the personalised breakfast service and the effort to ask what time we would like it served each morning. However, the quality and consistency of the service varied throughout our stay. On some mornings, the breakfast included a better selection and fresher bread, while on others—including our final day—we were offered only orange juice, with no tea or coffee. Despite notifying the staff in advance that we would need early breakfasts due to scheduled excursions, the timing and offerings were not always well-coordinated. On one occasion, we were offered an omelette but didn’t have time to wait for it to be prepared before leaving, while on the following days, that did not seem an option. It was unclear who was in charge of the kitchen. The bathroom setup was also disappointing. The toilet was located in an open space with no partition for privacy, lacked proper ventilation, and did not include a toilet brush. Additionally, the shower drain was very slow, causing the floor to flood during each use.
