The location on the banks of the river. However, few people told us that it is built on the forest land occupied and is visited by wild animals often. The view outside was very good.

Horrible people from the neighborhood. Basically, the resort is built on a large plot split between two brothers having enmity amongst them. The larger plot has "Leo Woods" resort having common parking, walking area and swimming. When we went, there was no water for swimming (throughout our stay). The property is not pet friendly as advertised. You cannot offleash your pet and play with it. Due to disputes, the Leo comforts dining area is located inside the property which is used by the housekeeping staff to sleep. Even if you want to have a stroll with your family after dinner, you cannot as there is no such place. We were openly insulted by the owner of Leo Woods for planning to have breakfast with our pet (although the manager had asked us to come). This was very humiliating infront of other guests. When we complained to the owner of Leo Resorts over telephone, he said he does not have time to do anything about this silly issue and wasn't even ready to provide invoice for the stay unless we rated them good. He will not entertain any further calls/messages. I had booked this resort based on the pictures uploaded. But the reality is very different when you go there. My anniversary was spoiled due to lack of activities (even simple post-dinner walk and chats were not possible). My one and half year son also got bored by staying indoors always. You have to pay the whole amount before you check into the room or else you will not be provided with keys. Upon arrival, you will be asked to cancel the booking done through booking.com for free breakfast. Do not expect a great quality of food and also the ordered food will be different than mentioned in the menu card eg. garlic bread will be raw garlic pieces on top of sweet bread (see attached image) and Greek salad will be oval shaped onion, cucumber and carrots. We were overcharged by approximately INR 2000 per night. Thanks to the customer service team of booking.

I liked the location.

I want the owner to focus on the quality of service like providing morning bed tea accessories like tea bags coffee and sugar sachet in the room. Water bottles. The rate per room was Rs 13000/ night however I felt the rates are exorbitant. Also a TV per room should be provided.

The washroom was made below the stairs, light went out and no one cares to inform or look at us, the room service is pathetic It is a fraud the place is horrible
