"A lovely house, in a location close to both the sea side and the city center."

The apartment is lovely and very clean. It has all the necessary facilities and provisions for a comfortable stay. The ocation is very good as it is close to the main harbour cafes/shops and to the main city centre (20m walking). I would recommend it for a family as it includes all the facilities needed.
