Beautiful House Pool Game Room

The villa was decorated beautifully & was a great layout with 2 bedrooms on each side which gave privacy for 2 separate family groups. Beds were very comfy. Villla had everything needed, pool towels, beach balls, beach bag, cool bags, beach umbrellas. Nice residential area which was very quiet & was nice to see a lot of the houses decorated for Halloween, my grandson loved this. Star Wars themed games room in garage a bonus & air hockey table is great. We loved that the pool area was private. Was within few miles of a Publix, Aldi & few restaurants/take out places. Was sad to leave & will definitely try to book villa next time I’m in Florida

We had an absolutely fantastic stay at this property and couldn’t be happier with our experience! From the moment we arrived, everything exceeded our expectations. The pool was a definite highlight – clean, well-maintained, and the perfect spot to relax during our 16-night stay. Another wonderful surprise was the games room. The photos didn’t do it justice at all – it was even better in person and provided so much fun for both adults and kids alike. The house itself was immaculately clean, very well maintained, and thoughtfully stocked with all the essentials and more, which made settling in so easy. The location was excellent – close to everything we needed, yet tucked away in a lovely, quiet neighborhood that gave us a real sense of peace and relaxation. We were also very grateful for the late check-out, which made our departure stress-free and gave us some extra time to enjoy the space. Overall, this property truly felt like a home away from home. We loved every minute and wouldn’t hesitate to stay again or recommend it to others. Thank you for a wonderful experience!

There is absolutely nothing that would have made our stay better, the only suggestion I would make is that A/C in the games room would elevate the experience in there, but the portable fans provided were more than sufficient!

The property was very clean and lovely decorated. Bed was very comfortable and huge. There was a nice pool. (There’s an extra charge to heat it, but once you’re in it’s fine without being heated) It’s in an ideal location for the parks and shopping in a nice residential area.

The netting that protects the pool was damaged and missing (there had been storms) and as there are a number of large trees overhanging there was a bit of debris getting into the pool that I had to try and clear each day. I did report this and it did get repaired the day before we left. There was no phone in the property which could have been handy. As mentioned above there are some large trees overhanging the pool area, these block out a lot of sun at this time of year (November) I tried a couple of times to request an earlier check in to the property but didn’t hear back from the property management team so stuck to the 4pm arrival.

The house was clean and tidy. Adapted to the needs of a large family. Lots of kitchen utensils , games, and maximum comfort. Very close to DisneyWorld , and very short drive to the supermarket.
