When we arrived, the place wasn't ready, the cleaning team being inside. When we could get in, we had to leave again within 10 minutes due to mold on ceilings and walls, the place being a health risk. There was a strong smell of mold, and we could both feel it in our throats. On the phone the agency (Homing) made contradictory claims, e.g., telling us that we couldn't get in earlier in the day, since other guests had to leave first, and later telling us that the smell in the place was because the place hadn't been used for many months. When we informed them of the smell and the mold, they suggested we just open the windows for half an hour. Communication was slow (although friendly), and they seemed to find excuses for delaying the refund. We left the place within an hour of arrival, and found another place.
