If the owner really interested to get public other than merely anglers want to stay at his premises the owner should provide additional facilities that cater for activities like ATV, ping pong tables or dart at the very least…else the stay would be very very boring especially family with children…nonetheless if the owner is not interested with the concerns highlighted that just keep your assets just like what it’s
