Really super clean property. Great communication. Super comfy beds.

Very noisy by the bypass. AND A TERRIBLE EXPERIENCE BY A TAXI THE RECEPTION ORGANISED. This was not the fault of the apartment but just to warn people. He completely overly charged us for a journey to train station what we were happy to pay 10 dollars for he wanted 50. He pretended to be helpful and followed us around till I gave him money. Real horrible experience

This was by far our best experience with Booking.com. Alyvidza was a gem to encounter. She went over and beyond to make sure that our stay was as enjoyable as possible. She responded to all of our inquiries speedily. Her professionalism and hospitality is unmatched! The condo was very well kept and clean. Housekeeping was a treat within itself. Kindness, integrity and hospitality was met from check-in to check-out. And, the view of Nairobi National Park was breathtaking! If I could give this property, it’s staff & Alyvidza 10 stars I would! She is our new point of contact for our lodging needs in Kenya. **I mean that literally!! We just booked somewhere else in Kenya with her and her amazing team!**

I loved everything! The view was spectacular and the bed was so comfortable. the bathtub was such a treat and the food at the restaurant was perfectly delicious.

"A homely experience."

The host took out the time to welcome me despite the late hour. Made me feel really welcomed. The kitchen, living room and bedrooms had homely feel.

The housekeeper needs to be more careful to properly close the windows. Other aspects were effectively handled.
