Nothing. Very bad communication. Never recommend

Booked online and went to the premises door step after we got the confirmation. Code was received and it is wrong. Spent 2 hours at the door step trued to contact in many ways including e mails, phone calls. But no answer or reply untill today. I sent an e mail to the host that we are leaving and refund the money. But he didn't refund yet.

The place is ok if you need to sleep 1 night before your flight. Flat with two bathrooms (remember to turn on the plugs to have hot water), 3 bedrooms and a kitchen (we didn't use it - didn't encourage us). Contact with the owner generally ok.

1. a large cockroach on the curtain outside the bathroom, 2. in one bedroom there was still a smell of paint after the wall had been painted (even the ladder had not been brought out) 3. payment for the use of the swimming pool, although our host said that entry was free for us.

The location is excellent, with a great view and easy accessibility. It’s convenient to reach the places I plan to visit, and all the expected facilities are available.

The apt is located in a super convenient location with a very friendly host who dealed things professionally and timely manner, also have pool access. we really enjoyed staying here and would definitely recommend to anyone planning to travel to Srilanka and staying in colombo
