Adorable room near City Centre

easy to find there was internet wifi there was a kitchen with all necessary equipment very central to where I needed to go. (the children's hospital)

Old property sharing a bathroom it smell of old and dump getting in and out of the property from downstairs, i arrived late, it was dark, difficult to get down, no banister....

I am not usually one for complaining but this is now frustrating me, all I would like is a refund from false advertising a property for room only, what looked farely ok in the pictures but turned out to be vile. I couldn't initially access the property. Had links to YouTube as to how to use a key code instead of answering phone number provided. My room had glass windows from lit hallway into bedroom The bedroom door has clearly previously been kicked in and lock was loose, it felt unsafe The bed was absolutely beyond the filthiest I have ever seen. Wasn't sure what the stains on it were related to. It made me itch just looking at it The fridge was filthy and not switched on, the kitchen cupboards had damp and were stinking. I was devastated as I was there to visit a very sick friend in hospital there, yet I was having to worry about where I was going to sleep for the night and now this is exhausting me trying to get a refund

Every thing nearly fell down the steep stairs getting in surprised it is even with booking .com it a get you a bad name

To be honest nothing is good in that property at all I regret of booking that property

Serves a purpose. Good location needs the bus station. The bed was pretty decent. We were fairly lucky with other occupants who were fairly quiet.

The access was a bit confusing as it’s though a ‘basement’ door. The place is quite shabby. The bathroom door was very difficult to actually lock.
