Breakfast was great, everything we needed and more. Comfy beds, clean bathroom. Easy check in and would definitely stay again.

Some of the bedding didn't smell very fresh, maybe the duvet itself rather than the covers? Towels were very small. Both an easy fix and could easily go up to a ten.

Location was close to the town, parking was available, clean and good value for money.

The host was so friendly. Everything was perfect. So clean and cosy and inviting. The location was central to town, just a 5 minute walk to shops and restaurants. Though there was a pub restaurant literally a couple of doors away. The are was quiet, we stayed midweek, but it was still really quiet.

Central to the town centre and Bristol City football ground

Great for solo travel, easy to arrange parking outside. Facilities clean and liked there was a dressing table to get ready.

The bathroom was external to the main flat, so the people staying upstairs could also access it (they didn’t) but just not ideal when you want to shower etc and go between the flat and bathroom, as people could be in the corridor.

Clean and simple

Everything! Travelling from Lancaster, we only stayed for one night as we had personal business in Bristol (Location was perfect for this) but we didn’t manage to make use of the microwave and fridge - having table and chairs to sit at was great. Although we didn’t meet Louise or Maria personally, their electronic communication was very good. Room was lovely and warm

It was a little noisy outside at times but didn’t really bother us too much. The hot water in the shower wasn’t very warm - it appeared the button wasn’t working

Communication with host was easy and quick, as was entry to property. Parking nearby was convenient. Location is quiet and close to amenities. Apartment was clean and spacious enough for our quick stay. Comfortable beds. Great value for money.
