Room was well presented, beds very comfortable and spotlessly clean. Louise was very responsive to questions. Location was excellent for our trip.

The booking.com website states private parking. Although there is ample parking it is not private but on street. My booking stated that breakfast was included. There was tea coffee and some biscuits available in the room which does not constitute breakfast in my opinion.

Beds were very comfortable. Clean and well appointed room. Easy to check-in and out. Host helped secure car parking permit.

It was like a little self contained bedsit, with two beds and kitchen in locked area, and private bathroom just across the hall. The parking permit was easy to arrange and I had no issues parking outside. Everything was clean and tidy, and there was tea and coffee making facilities available.

The lock on the inner door didn’t turn easily, giving me a small scare that I couldn’t get in. There was some noise from the pub two doors down at closing time, but people moved on quickly.

The room was good with bed, sitting/dining area and small kitchen. Decent heating, nice bathroom, adjacent to the room. The bedding felt really nice. It was very comfortable.

I did not receive details on how to access the accommodation until after I had arrived at about 5.30 pm. It was dark and raining and I had to call the number displayed high up on the front door, which was tricky to see. I left a message and received instructions by text within a minute, which was good. It would have been better if instructions were sent for 3.00 pm.

The studio was absolutely lovely, ideal facilities with a toaster, fridge, microwave and full set of crockery and cutlery. Nicely decorated and seamless check in.

Teeny thing was that the pillows were a little hard but otherwise everything was perfect.
