Kann Abends lauter werden mit dem Club nebenan aber hat uns nicht so gestört.

Unpretentious but quiet and pretty little hotel perfect for an overnight or two. Lovely hammock outside the room.

Très bon rapport qualité prix, l'hôtel Barrio Latino se situe près de la rue principale, de la plage et de la station de bus ADO se qui est très pratique. La chambre est propre et spacieuse. Le personnel est sympathique.

Rarely did I write negative reviews, but this one had really Poor hotel management and poor customer services! We booked a twin room on the night of New Year Eve, but once we got there, the hotel arranged a double room for us and refused to comply with our request to get a twin room - citing “overbooking”. After our complaint, the hotel staff suggested that we either accepted their only offer or found other hotels on New Year Eve - which would be nearly impossible as it was last-minute search. After we told the staff about having made a complaint via Booking.com, the staff then informed us that “out of luck” they managed to find us a twin room. That was very horrible for us to encounter this kind of bad hotel experience on New Year Eve. Totally ruined our festive vibes. Also on the next day, the hotel staff failed to inform us in advance that we could store our luggage at their hotel only up to 3pm. However, after our complaint about their misleading information on the website, they reluctantly agreed to let us leave our stuffs at the hotel until 8pm.

Tutto. La camera era piena di formiche e mi ha rovinato la mia luna di miele con la mia ragazza. Il giorno dopo ci hanno fatto cambiare camera in una di livello inferiore e quando abbiamo chiesto se c'era una differenza di prezzo, ci hanno risposto che la proprietà non procede con i rimborsi e ci hanno offerto di fare colazione in un altro loro hotel (cosa che non abbiamo potuto usufruire dato che avevamo già organizzato escursioni presto il mattino). Receptionist non aiutano assolutamente i clienti , abbiamo chiesto di prenotarci un taxi più volte ma hanno sempre rimandato. Alla fine ce lo siamo prenotati noi. Infine per quanto riguarda il pagamento doppia beffa: attenzione vi caricano ulteriori tasse anche se su booking.com c'è scritto che sono tutte incluse!!! Ci hanno caricato senza avvisarci l'importo in USD anziché MXN , facendoci pagare più di 50usd di commissione oltre l'importo che dovevamo. ASSOLUTAMENTE SCONSIGLIATO!!

Tutto. Pagamento addebitato in USD senza alcun avviso, nonostante la valuta locale sia il MXN. Alla richiesta di storno e riaddebito in pesos, rifiuto totale senza reale motivazione. La camera era piena di formiche, cosa che ci ha fatto cambiare stanza il giorno dopo con downgrade e nessun rimborso. Servizio di portineria inesistente: nessun aiuto nemmeno per chiamare un taxi. Unica persona che si salva è Gaspar e il gatto Enzo. La direzione non si è fatta mai sentire e hanno parlato sempre i loro collaboratori al loro posto, ma dalle loro risposte si è intesa la zero volontà di risolvere i problemi. Il cliente viene trattato solo come un numero e non una persona. ASSOLUTAMENTE SCONSIGLIATO!
