AVE Las Colinas - Short Stay Furnished Apartment

The apartment itself was clean and comfortable, with a spacious closet and convenient shared facilities : gym, coffee places. The atmosphere in the residence was great — it felt quite convivial, with weekly musical dinners or community events that made it easy to meet people and enjoy the place.

On the downside, the apartment was rather noisy: it’s close to the main roads (far from Las Colinas center without a car) and I could often hear the neighbors. There was also no convertible bed in the main room, which made it less practical for guests. My biggest disappointment was with maintenance timing. During the hottest weekend in March, management decided to close the pool to fix a light. The pool was drained and unusable from Friday afternoon through Sunday, which was unfortunate and poorly planned. When it eventually reopened, it wasn’t particularly clean either. Overall, this place has potential if noise and maintenance coordination improve, but it didn’t fully meet my expectations given the circumstances.

Convenient to many restaurants and grocery stores.

We keep extending while we are looking for a permanent place. They have been very accommodating.
