"remote area, difficult to access by car, humid area not good for winter - abandoned by owners"

The property is managed by a management firm who hasn't even taken the time to visit the place so that they can understand what the problems are and how to help the guests. Note to the owners: Is it really possible to run a business remotely with only phone management and someone to clean the rooms?

"Quiet place but needs renovating"

Quiet place

There were small ants in the apartment, shower holder was broken, only 1 AC in the living room, beds makes noisy sound when turn or sit on them. Warm shower water only for 2 people, than u have to wait a littlebit. If u have higher car then trees will get in ur way when parking.
