when came, everything was clean, almost everything was in the room what we needed. the host was also super accomodating.

I missed a broom or a vacuum cleaner as for staying 1 week, the floor gets dirty. Also, this is not something about the room itself, but these fire alarms every few hours drove me crazy, especially at night. After many of them we started ignore it and we never know if that is again fake alarm or the real one.

"Not bad but could be better"

It's quite and close to the airport. Different swimming pools out of the sun - small one for kids and bigger for adults. Not far from sea - about 15 minutes walk or you can rent a tuk-tuk. Price about 70 baht from condotel to sea. Close to airport viewpoint. Apartment is small but functional. Air conditioning worked good and Internet was fast. Nice view from the window.

Apartment was clean on the top but any further - under the bed or under sofa or in the room corners quite dusty. No sweeping tools, one of two chairs was broken, roasting pane was scrambled and not suitable for use. After request to host - she promised to replace but didn't took any activities till the end of our stay during a week. Due to absence of sweeping tools we weren't able to remove small garbage. After request to host - we got a proposition for cleaning for 1600 baht 😳 Condotel service propose for 500 baht, you can order it at the lobby. Synthetic bed linen non pleasant for body touch
