Stunning Villa Ahmet in Dalyan

Sehr schöne Villa mit allem was benötigt wird. Die Lage ist super, nur 3 Minuten zu Fuß in das Städtchen Dalyan. Ein bezaubernder Ort. Herr Ahmet und seine Angestellte Frau Çağla waren überaus freundlich, stets bemühmt zu helfen und immer erreichbar wenn fragen waren. Im Kühlschrank lag bei Ankunft etwas zu essen Knabbereien und Kaffee mit Milch. Auf wunsch brachte uns Herr Ahmet Holz für den Kamin für eine gemütliche Atmosphäre und Orangen aus seinem Garten die sehr gut schmeckten, die besten die ich je gegessen habe. Eine klare weiterempfehlung. Wir kommen auf jeden fall wieder. Danke 🙏

The villa is spacious and clean, and provides everything a family could possibly need during a holiday in Dalyan. The swimming pool is fantastic- we used it almost every day during our 2 week stay; even in April! Our kids (7, 5 and 2) spent hours in there having so much fun! It was a brilliant addition to a truly wonderful holiday. And Ahmet (who only lives across the road from the villa) is so friendly and helpful and easy to contact. He was a perfect host and was very attentive. Having drinking water and a villa clean included as standard was the cherry on the top for us. The location of the villa is also perfect- last than a 10 minute walk to the town centre, the waterfront and the tombs; with access to boats that can take you to Kaunos ruins, Turtle Beach, the Lakes, the mud baths and much more. We explored the area thoroughly and loved it for its variety of sights and activities. We had an absolute blast here and would highly recommend it!

Nothing! But if I was to mention something very small it would be that a couple of the hinges were broken in the kitchen cabinets.

We staid at the Villa during the end of October. We were 4 adults and 2 kids (1yr and 3yr old). Everything about our stay was exeptional - they organised transfers from and to the airport (we didn't have to wait, our driver was there with the right car size and car seats as soon as we landed!), as soon as we arrived Ahmet's team was at the Villa to welcome us with the keys and some food/drink essentials! The Villa was clean, the kitchen very spacious and well organised, a water dispenser is provided and there is someone coming to clean the pool and the outdoor area every morning. We had plenty of space, some toys for the kids, pool inflatables and even a few books to keep us entertained. The location is great - only 2min away from the shops and restaurants and the team was super responsive and always helped us with everything we asked - we just text Ahmet and he almway sent someone within minutes! The pool was great, it had a jacuzzi area whoch also doubled up as kids pool as it was shallow enough. Also, the view from the upstairs balcony was stunning - the perfect place where to enjoy a drink during golden hour! A big plus travelling with kids was the laundry room - we were able to wash towels and clothes comfortably.

To be honest this place can't be faulted. However, a lovely improvement would be a fridge in the outdoor gazebo by the pool. The Villa is organised with bedrooms on the bottom floor and living area on the first floor. Although this was fine for us (allowed us to enjoy the view during dinner time), it would be nice not to have to run upstairs everytime you want a drink when spending time in the pool.

Fantastic pool in a perfect location for walking to the shops, restaurants and bars. The villa was huge, stayed with 6 people, plenty of space, great facilities and overall a fantastic holiday.

Not really an issue but the kitchen and lounge being upstairs was a little annoying when you have you children asking for snacks around the pool every 5 minutes!!!! Cleaner arrived two hours before we were due to leave and insisted on cleaning which was frustrating when we still needed showers and to carry on packing but not that much of an issue

Ahmet is extremely helpful and friendly. The location is perfect. The swimming pool is one of the best we have ever had.

The upside down design took some getting used to.
