ESWe had a lovely stay at HD Charme — a beautiful hotel with so much potential to be a full five-star experience. Highlights: The bed was incredibly comfortable — one of the best nights of sleep I’ve had in a hotel. The food service was amazing — high quality, beautifully presented, and full of flavor. The staff were consistently polite, professional, and attentive. And the pool… just wow! The massage jets were an unexpected luxury. One small suggestion: instead of offering a late check-in meal, it might be nicer to give guests the option to enjoy a complimentary lunch the next day — it feels more relaxing and in line with the rest of the experience. Overall, a wonderful stay — we left rested and well-fed- Ps: We wrote a follow-up email to them with advice and suggestions, and didn´t receive a reply. We were also surprised we didn´t get the 20 reimbursement from the coupon they gave us for the experiences.
A few small details that could make it perfect: The shower head didn’t have full water pressure. The window in the pool area wasn’t very clean, which takes away a bit from the otherwise beautiful space. The elevator walls and some corridors had visible scratches and could use a little touch-up. The TV wasn’t connected to the internet, so it wasn’t possible to access modern platforms like Netflix or YouTube — a small detail, but one that today’s travelers often expect. They’re minor things, but little details matter — especially for a hotel that already delivers such a strong sense of luxury. If these finishing touches were refined, HD Charme could easily stand among true five-star destinations.

ILDEToll am See gelegen. Traumhafter Ruheraum. Sauna und Fitnessraum auch in Ordnung. Sehr gründliche tägliche Reinigung des Zimmers. Bei der all inklusive Version sind auch die Getränke enthalten. Sowohl das Hotel als auch die Speisen machen einen hochwertigen Eindruck.
Service manchmal etwas langsamer (aber noch im Rahmen). Nach einer Woche wiederholt sich die abendliche Speisekarte. Die veggi-Auswahl bleibt etwas hinter Fleisch- und Fischgerichten zurück.
DECHDie Lage ist sehr zentral und hübsch am See gelegen.
DEEinfach alles! Vom all inklusive über das wirklich nette und hilfsbereite Personal über den Infinity Pool mit Blick über den See, die Lage.... Man kann das Hotel nur weiter empfehlen!
