L'esterno del casale: lo spazio esterno; la veduta; il silenzio; i monti e la campagna; le galline e il gattino.

Molto sporco e polveroso all'interno della casa tutta, nulla escluso. Mancanza di sostegno per asciugamani (da adattarsi quindi con sgabelli o altro). Una lampadina fulminata nella mia camera. Cassetti polverosi. Mattonelle della doccia visibilmente non puliti dagli usi degli ospiti precedenti. Cassetto di un mobile inutilizzabile perchè crollato. Altri cassetti polverosi. Come accumulo di polvere sui pavimenti e soprattutto dietro comodini, divani e letti; su abat jour. Piccolo nido di vespe sotto l'ombrellone all'esterno, secchio della immondizia non pulito dagli usi precedenti, vetri con impronte di mani, una bella ed ampia porta utilissima da tenere aperta per l'estate e arieggiare, difficile da aprire per notevole attrito su pavimento e piena di nidi di vespe cartonaie alla estremità superiore. Accumulo di grasso e polvere sotto il frigorifero. Per il resto...fate voi. Contraddizioni nella spiegazione per il ritardo della consegna della chiavi.

The House was very comfortable. 2 Large rooms and 2 bathroom. nice patio outside. There is a nice view from the valley. it was nice and relaxing after traveling a few days with lots of tourist this was just perfect.

If the host can supply coffee that would be great.

Very friendly, attentive and kind hosts. The location is stunning (great view) and perfect for anyone looking for a tranquil place in the countryside, but close enough for excursions to the nearby city of Lucca.

Property was not clean (cobwebs everywhere, dirty floor, broken toilet seat) and bug infested. Avoid! We checked out after one night as we could not stay. Disappointed that Hotels.com have not been able to offer an immediate refund and compensation based on the photos provided.

The house is in a location with a beautiful view and has a lot of potential to be nice if maintained a bit better. Just a short drive away from Lucca city center.

When we arrived the surroundings and house looked like they had not been used in a while and the outside terrace was not maintained. It smelled like the house had not been aired out in weeks and everything in the house felt damp because of the rainy weather outside including the bed sheets. The overall hygiene in the apartment could have been much better in our opinion things like a dirty fridge on arrival, cobwebs, death bugs and dust in every corner and for example in between furniture like the bed and the bedside tables. The sofa's are old and not comfortable to sit on and could use replacing.

Our stay in the charming house nestled in the Lucca region was unforgettable. From the moment we arrived, we were greeted with genuine warmth and hospitality by our host, making us feel right at home. The location couldn't have been more ideal, offering both tranquility and convenience, with picturesque views of the surrounding countryside. The facilities provided exceeded our expectations, catering to all our needs and ensuring a comfortable stay throughout. Overall, it was a perfect blend of everything we could have hoped for, making our time in Lucca truly memorable.

The location was excellent although a bit difficult to find at first. House was very clean, comfortable and met our needs. Close to restaurants, groceriies, tourist sites, etc. Hosts were very helpful on the phone and neighbor (care taker?) was available when power was lost due to a storm in the area.

A small amount of coffee for the first morning after arrival and before we were able to get out would have made a big impact. A drip coffee maker would have been nice in addition to the expresso pot, but not a deal breaker. We were hoping to do laundry while we were there but the washing machine did not work and there was no dryer.
