"Does not warrant price charged, avoid staying here!"

Good location, bus stop to Edinburgh across the road from the property. Shops, restaurants and coffee shops and pub few minutes walk from property.

The property shows signs of subsidence outside and inside, eg sloping floors and unable to close doors. Very dirty and tired, in need of deep clean.

Emplacement idéalement situé avec l'arrêt bus N° 23 juste devant l'immeuble

Petites choses à améliorer éventuellement : 1 ou 2 étagères dans la salle de bain , et peut-être des rideaux aux fenêtres des chambres

Quiet and nice area. Bus stop right next to the apartment. Good restaurants nearby.

The central heating is in the master bedroom. When it's running, it makes a noise that keeps you awake.
