Ka.La Apartment

The location was perfect....central with beautiful views from the balcony. The host was fabulous. We had some health issues and he was always ready to help.

Very centrally located, large bright apartment with a balcony on one of Bolzano's main squares. The apartment has a separate bedroom and a living-room with a fully-equipped kitchen, as well as a bathroom with shower. It was spotlessly clean. The beds were very soft and comfortable. Although it's a standalone apartment, there is no self-check-in. Instead the friendly owner came, welcomed us, and showed us everything. He even noticed a malfunctioning light-bulb (in a room with 5 other working ones) and offered to come back and replace it immediately; we assured him there was no issue fixing it after our departure.

It would have been great if the apartment had a coat rack or even a couple of hooks on the wall to hang your coat/jacket when you get in. Two other issues, that were not a surprise since they were known from booking: check-out is at 10:00, which is a little early if you want to stay in the city since you cannot leave your luggage, and there is no lift, so you have to walk up two flights of stairs.

Great location in city center, the owner is so kind and friendly and warm welcome. The room are big more than the pictures show and really clean, comfy for all. Value for money and all good same as reviewed. Hope to come back and book it again soon

We had a great time staying in the apartment. Modern, clean and bright and enough space for 3 of us with our teenager sleeping on the fold out bed in the loungeroom. Also in a central location surrounded by cafes and restaurants, and it overlooks a square with a great little balcony to sit out on for coffee while you watch the markets and activities happening. Despite being central, it was quiet inside. Host was friendly, and apartment well equipped with air con, pots, pans, dishwasher, a stovetop coffee maker and tourist information. Great place - highly recommended.

It had everything we needed. Location in the center, with access to many restaurants.

Location is great to stay in the center, but horrible to park the car. Not very situable for trips that involves to use the car everyday to visit other places. Bed in bedroom was not very confortable.

Great location and clean and comfortable. AC was a must so we would not have stayed there without it and so glad we had it. Host was super accommodating checking us in. Wished we could have stayed longer.

It was a bit pricey. Wished it had laundry.

Location was great overlooking the square. Nice clean, quiet property. Secure and very comfortable. Quality inclusions, refrigerator and dishwasher. Close to railway station and main squares, restaurants and markets

Second floor access only via stairs. Everything else was excellent
