Casa vacanze alle Cinque Terre

Es muy cómoda la casa para viajar en familia, solo que no había piscina como decía la publicación por qué la abren hasta mitad de junio, todo lo demás súper bien y está muy cerca de todo cinque terre

Que no está la piscina abierta, deberían de actualizar la publicación y viaje con niña para que pudiera usarla

La ubicación,los paisajes y la amabilidad de Silvana y su hija Asia. Lugar tranquilo, perfecto para desconectar, cerca de los pueblo de cinque Terre

Encontrar los apartamentos, no hay indicación ni carteles específicos

We stayed in Casa Clementina (no. 32) for 5 days. The view from the balcony over the mountain valley is fabulous. I guess the appartment have one the the best views in the area. The kitchen is extremly well equipped with more pots and pans than we have at out own house. We found the best super market in the area to be Sigma in Levanto as it has its own parking lot. It is about 15-20 minutes drive from the villagio. Swim caps are mandatory in the pool. Some may see this a bad thing, but I actually find it positive. Many of the residents do not speak english, including the lady who welcomed us and gave us the keys. Luckily I can speak a little bit italian so it was not really a problem for us. Otherwise you can get a long way gesticulating :) Try the local restaurent located at the entrance of the area. The owner will happily show you his impressive collection of beer cans.

The microwave oven did not work, but that is a minor thing. The key to the garbage container area (a little bit further up the road, close to the tennis court) was broken. One day one of the residents opened the gate for us, but when we left we had to place all garbage bags outside the aera. The sun loungers at the pool are private owned. If you plan to spend a day at the pool, be prepared to lie on a towel.

Mooi gelegen domein / vakantiepark met zwembad (badmuts verplicht!) en eigen parkeerplaats. Groot appartement met balkon met fantastisch uitzicht, een zeer ruime woonkamer/keuken, 2 badkamers en 2 best ruime slaapkamers. 3 grote airco units kunnen flink koeling geven.

Ligging is afgelegen hoewel het 16 minuten van Monterosso en 19 minuten van Levanto ligt, wel over weg met heel veel bochten Kom je voor rust dan is dit geen probleem. In de directe omgeving is er niets

On a demandé plusieurs fois pour l accès piscine, tout était ok. Mais à notre arrivée, on nous a dit qu elle était fermé pas assez chaud 🤣😹. La place de parc était toujours occupé par d autres personnes

Condo complex with nice pool and tennis court with astro turf. Good to get out of the insanity of the Cinque Terre towns, but close enough for visits to the coast. Pool refreshing. Two sun chairs provided. Balcony has lovely view with table/chairs. AC works well in Apartment. Hiking paths start close-by.

You need a swimming cap in the pool, but can buy one from the life saver on duty. Playing with a ball in the pool or jumping into the pool is not allowed. Many older guests who don't want to be bothered by children - not ideal for families with energetic kids, more for small ones in the toddler pool. Be sure to clarify check-in contact and info in advance.

This was bit controversial accommodation for us,part loved it,part not so much. Starting from the outside. This is a gated area of vacation houses with only few full time residents. Its located inland,right behind the ridge from the sea,so you dont get the sea view. However, I felt the terrace with the view of the surrounding hills was very beautiful and very comfortable,incl. awning/marquee. There is a private parking place inside the gates. You need to do some walking from park to the door+stairs. Mostly, there was enough space as some residents were not in, but otherwise (in case its full), the parking spaces are fairly narrow. We got keys from local lifeguard who also gave as all info needed. There is a restaurant right by,and also she said we can get some discout there if we mention owner name. If you want to sit outside its probably good to make reservation. There is a simple and ok menu,no pizza (pasta and sea food). As for shopping-the lifeguard girl explained that some days,in the season,there comes sort of "shop on the weels",but we were there during the days when it didnt so can not confirm. There are supermarkets in Levano,about 20min.drive. Levanto is also the easiest entry point to CT area, either by boat or train from there. There is a large enough parking place right by the train station,2Eur/hr. Same as directly on the coast, but that is usually full unless u arrive early in the morning. If looking, one can find some cheaper ones in the town. The appartment itself was fully equipped including Nespresso machine (and few pods to use before one gets chance to go shopping). It feels bit more as AirBnB kind of accomodation. We found it comfy enough except,as mentioned here few times, the bedrooms are under the roof and no aircon nor fan. If there is a wind, you can keep/block doors and roof windows open and it gets cooler, but with no wind it gets hot.

There seem to be some miscommunication in the description regarding bus stop - there is a bus stop right outside on the road, but the bus does NOT go to any of Cinques Terre towns nor anywhere on the coast. So if you are coming for that, plan on driving every day/pay for parking. We found this bit peculliar, so maybe this was mistake, but there was no toilet paper when we arrived, so count with that in case this is custom. The pool is deep, good for swimming and there is a small kiddie pool - only kids can not be there by themselves. Only if 12years or older. So one of us had to accompany them all the time. Otherwise the pool was great (u can bring chair from the appartment). There is a wasching machine but I would not recommend it, it seems mouldy (possibly from being closed while wet in build in kitchen). Pictures on booking are accurate.
