"Great house!"

Very quaint old fashioned house, but with all the amenities. Two good pubs within easy walking distance. The bathrooms were clean and roomy. Plenty of locations to visit within 10 miles. Thoresby is recommended!

Off street parking. Not so much a dislike, but a warning. The ceilings were very low; someone 6 ft or over would be banging their head repeatedly. Likewise, the stairs are very steep and narrow. and unsuitable for anyone with an infirmity. (Apparently, these are servant stairs which are quite common in older houses)

Lovely cottage in beautiful little village close to Sherwood forest. Perfect for our needs with a baby and 3 dogs. The hosts had thought of everything e.g. baby gate avaliable for stairs and washing machine provided etc.

Unfortunately the dvd player didnt work which was a shame as they had a large collection of dvds to choose from.

Very quaint and charming traditional cottage. Cosy and comfortable. The sauna was a fabulous treat!

Husband banged his head a few times. Parking outside was on road and not always able to park directly outside. Not helpful if travelling in more than one group.

Eine sehr ruhig gelegene Unterkunft. Sehr urig und rustikal.

In einem Schlafzimmer waren die Matratzen sehr hart, erholsames schlafen war leider nicht möglich.
