"Do not book this hotel. It throughly makes your experience like hell."

They are Scamerns. A girl is calling you once you complete the booking and she is asked for 50% advance irrespective of the conditions of booking.com. I have made the payment and when i reached the location then do not respond on call, messages also when I visit the hotel and show my booking details then they completely denied your stay.

Kindly take suitable and appropriate legal action against them as they don't even refund the money.
