AUThe location was great, all the sights were walkable or easily reached by a close bus stop. Loved the huge outdoor market! The apartment was very comfortable & nicely furnished with a good kitchen. Giorgia communicated well. She contacted us prior to our arrival & was able to organise our earlier entry into the apartment. She also booked a taxi for us for our departure which was a great help.
The video instructions to locate the key box needs to be updated to the new name of the cafe. It would’ve been easier to have someone greet us on site.
ILIn one sentence - the whole experience exceeded my expectations. Getting there from the train station took 10 minutes of easy walking. Getting the key was super easy with the videos I was sent. The building was renovated and has an elevator which made everything easy. The apartment is renovated and everything is new and clean. Everything was comfortable and nothing was missing. The windows have perfect soundproofing, so even though the building is in a lively area, once the windows are closed it is super quiet. The location os perfect, with restaurants, a bar, a coffee place and a supermarket just a minute away. From there, roaming the historic center was extremely comfortable. Bottom line - order first, thank me later. It's perfect.
My only regret is that I can't give this place a score of 11. 😎

CHCentrally located and well decorated apartment! We had a lovely five-night stay at the Appartamento Belle Époque nel cuore di Torino, enjoying its central location and charming atmosphere, though the nighttime noises from the neighbouring restaurants was a slight drawback. Beautiful furnishings and very kind support from the owner and manager.

USLovely well laid out apartment. Modern and clean. In the heart of the center of Torino. Gloria and her partner were welcoming, friendly and so helpful. Easy communication with regards to picking up the key later. They allowed me to store luggage - had to leave an other apartment due to non existing wifi. I am going to book this apartment again soon!
