Online room description doesn't match. No hot tub. The building only has tubs in suite and rest doesn't, which was not mentioned. As the advert says the main feature of this room was hot tub but non to be seen in reality.

Good location, shops and restaurants nearby and not a long walk from the lake. Staff was very helpful and friendly. Clean and tidy room. I would highly recommend it.

Staffs were smiling all the time

Its imposible to take shower in evenings. There wasnt always hot water

The best thing about our stay was the staff members. They were very polite, welcoming and always smiling.
