Tsoga Odire guest House

The pool had no water and it waz dirty. There were spiders in the room.. We didn't get the key gate. When going out we had to call to open yoooh bad experience I have had.. 1st day wanted to refresh but no water up until next day

Not up to stand. Looks like a normal ordinary home setup, nothing telling that’s it’s a guest house. No reception; rooms never cleaned during the course of our stay, water gets switched off, no towels,

The rooms were clean and both rooms had bar frigdes

Biiiig cockroaches were spotted There is no kutchen basin/sink There was no water for hours and there was no alternative like a water tank at least Aircons couldn't come on because they said they had the geyser on and they can't have a geyser and aircon on because it was going to trip the electricuty

I waited 2 hours at the gate to enter the premises calling and calling,the service was very poor,when we wake up in the morning i ask them to give us water to bath i waited for 3 hours to get the water but there was no luck we even left the premises without bathing it was very horrible am not happy at all
