It was clean, comfortable and had everything we needed. Breakfast was tasty. Great price for what we got.

Location was good. Just outside Waterford.

Room 22 was very cold during the night and there was some generator type sound going all night which made it very difficult to sleep.

Evening meal with starter was excellent, hot, tasty and well presented. Service very good and all condiments provided. Room clean and well presented, quiet and located as requested, bed comfortable. Hotel should be rated ***** (5*)

Poor reception and choice of channels on TV in room, a minor matter.
