Good location, clean, comfortable

Waste of great view, no window to look out! Always hate that you have to wash dishes in bathroom sink!!!Still have a covid epidemic going on!!!

"You can pay a full weeks rent for a 3night stay to have Terrible service."

it was located in Queenstown.

Hi, when booking it stated that there were towel. we are a couple who stayed for 3nights and they provided 1 towel each for the 3nights. You are expected to clean them yourself(pay to wash/dry). There are no cleaners that come through everyday to change bedding or swap out towels. Window sills were covered in dead bugs. broken lamps. There is no reception for you to go visit for any enquires, they provide a contact number and they aren’t helpful. At the end of your stay they send you a email, expect you to tidy- strip bed, sort your rubbish and pretty much clean before you leave. I would not consider this a “Studio apartment” but a very small room that barely fit what they offer (photos are deceiving). In all my travelling and stays this has to be the worst.
