Location and exterior view of the balcony And cleanliness of the place and the owner was very cooperative.

The internet router was not working.

We booked 9PM and was waiting for a response, after an hour they replied that they can’t accept our booking because they dont do late bookings so I requested to have the booking cancelled via booking.com to waive the fees but the owner told us to cancel on booking.com but i can or else i’m gonna pay the fee. Poor communication too barely replies and doesn’t care about the guests

Good balcony view, great location, nice room furnishings.

Cleanliness was generally okay but spotted a small cockroach in a corner.

Exactly as described, a bit of a squeeze for 4, clean , good security, a little too good sometimes but all in all its a small condo so met expectations.

Wasn't much not to like. A couple of creepy crawlies, but hey , it's the tropics.

Owner was very helpful, And ready to help in anyway!!

The location of JAZZ Residence Tower is convenient, with everything available within a short distance.

I booked this unit for 7 days during my recent visit to Makati. When I arrived at JAZZ Residence in the evening, I completed the reception requirements by providing my ID and having my photograph taken. I then went to the 6th floor, where the unit is located. As I opened the glass door, I noticed a terrible smell in the corridor caused by water dripping from the ceiling into three plastic tubs on the 6th floor. The floor was also wet, and the odor was so unpleasant that I couldn’t sleep well on the first night due to that smell coming from the corridor. The next day, I went downstairs and bought four air fresheners from a shopping mall located in the JAZZ Towers. It's worth noting that, in a small area, I ended up using seven air fresheners (three of which were already there). Over the next couple of days, they fixed the ceiling and removed the tubs from the corridor, but the bad smell lingered outside for a week. Additionally, a small part of the shower glass was moldy, and the pillows, and bedding linen were in poor condition and needed to be replaced. The cabinet also had a strong, unpleasant odor. Another issue I faced was with visitors. The security did not allow a visitor and informed me that I was not permitted to have one, which was shocking. They turned away a friend who had come to see me from Quezon City, which is quite far from Makati. To resolve the issue, I contacted the unit owner via WhatsApp, but she did not respond until the following afternoon. Eventually, the visitor issue was resolved by the unit owner, but it was quite delayed. Despite all the problems I faced, I did not request a cancellation from Booking.com because I had a negative experience with them previously.

Location is excellent!

Hallways and under sink counter smell…

Clean stylish, well organised space, comfortable bed, nice water pressure in the shower, nice plates and kitchenware, garden just outside. Best location in Makati area.
