Beide Vermieter waren sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Der Wohnung hatte alles was man braucht und es war sehr sauber. Die Lage der Wohnung ist ebenfalls perfekt und das Gym am Pool ist sensationell.

Es gibt nicht negatives, nur positives!

Die Lage der Unterkunft war für unsere Bedürfnisse optimal. Schnell auf den schönen Rad- und Wanderwegen und bei guten Restaurants in Riva del Garda. Die Kommunikation mit den Hosts war top und einfach via WhatsApp. Auch die Tiefgarage und das Fahrradabteil haben wir gerne genutzt. Alles sauber und hochwertig. Wir kommen wieder 😊

Die Matratze des Bettes war uns leider viel zu weich.

Sehr sauber und modern mit klare Linien eingerichtet. Wohnung liegt zentral und das Zentrum ist gut zu Fuß erreichbar. Ausreichende Parkplätze an der Unterkunft vorhanden. Der Besitzer ist sehr nett und hilfsbereit und immer erreichbar. Sehr schöner beheizter Pool . Liegen ausreichend vorhanden.

Kaffeemaschine wäre schön gewesen. Es war nur ein kleiner Espresso Kocher vorhanden.

Amazing location, 9-10 minutes walking distance from the center, but a calm neighbourhood. very clean pool and pool area (there is even small gym area), all that is needed to stay in comfort for several days, equipped kitchen with necessary staff (oil, salt, etc). Amazing apartment layout - will be good for families with children.

Overall, the apartment made a very good impression — it is well-maintained and of a high standard., The only aspect that stood out for me was the comfort of the sleeping arrangements. The mattress on the double bed was quite worn and noticeably sunken in the areas where people usually sleep, and unfortunately the same applied to the other side of the bed as well. A similar issue was present with the sofa bed in the living room, which served as the second sleeping place. This was the only point that affected my overall experience; otherwise, everything else was of a good standard.
