A whole apartment with a balcony and a parking space.

The owners sent tens of messages prior to the visit and it was a real hassle. One of the beds was not prepared with linen and so after some time they brought them and left them for us to do. Also they left a message demanding us to take the garbage out and if not-they will charge us extra…. It was not clear who is the guest and who is the host. And we got there for one night only!

Großzügige, modern eingerichtete Wohnung. Perfekte Ausstattung u.a. mit Wasch- und Spülmaschine, Wasserkocher…Essplatz für vier Personen, angenehm großes Bad und riesiger Balkon mit Sitz- und Liegemöglichkeiten. Super Parkmöglichkeiten.

We stayed for just 2 nights. The property is clean, nicely decorated and has views of the mountains. In less than 10 min walk, you can get to the city centre. Riva del Garda is a very pretty classic Italian town which is definitely worth visiting. We greatly appreciated the fenced garden, as our dog was very happy about it. There is also a pool, but we didn’t have a chance to use it.

We are a bit disappointed about the pet fee. We paid 15 euros a night (which is quite expensive compared to other places we’ve stayed in), however there are rules that the pet isn’t allowed on the couch or bed. It leaves you wondering what exactly you are paying for. There is also a garbage fee of 10 euros if you don’t throw away your own garbage. However the bins are further away than you would expect and a bit difficult to find (around 3-4 mins walk down the street). We were a bit surprised as we have never been asked to throw away the garbage in any other property.
