Cozy Flat in Historic Building

Appartamento all'interno di un palazzo d'epoca. Camere accoglienti e letti comodi. Bel salotto, con TV e ottima connessione Wi-fi. Posizione vicina al lungomare, molto comoda per visitare Brighton.

Strutturazione delle camere un po' bizzarra (la cucina per esempio si trova distante dal salotto, dove si trova il tavolo da pranzo). Il parcheggio è difficile da trovare in prossimità dell'appartamento ed è gratuito dalle 8 pm alle 9 am. Al di fuori di queste fasce orarie, occorre pagarlo. Piccola nota: l'indirizzo non è preciso perchè in realtà l'alloggio si trova in una via che incrocia la via St. George. Non è un aspetto negativo, ma solo una precisazione per trovare più rapidamente la porta d'ingresso dell'alloggio.

Lovely flat with all mod cons

The stairs into the flat were steep but not too many.

Clean and Tidy. All fitted with good appliances. Great location.

Disappointed stay. Difficult to enter, not everything was supplied that was advertised, had to chase host. Only 1 key supplied to accommodation. No mirrors in any bedrooms. No iron. Lamps not working and all plugged into multiple extension cords, very unsafe. Kitchen not finished, kick board kept falling down and dishwasher sticking out.

All rooms looked great and the bedding was good. The location was excellent for exploring Kemptown and Brighton and it was very close to the sea front.

Very clean and tidy. Pictures of the flat reflected what was there, and for the price it was great

Location was a bit hard to find. And had trouble accessing the property (did not receive pin code access until we chased up via email that evening but luckily the man in the shop below gave us access at the time) perhaps a teething issue as this looks like a new rental
