The property was kept really well. We were met by the owner who showed us around and explained everything to us. The place was tidy and well looked after. The place was perfect. It was in a secure private block with secure underground parking.

Asked for £100 refundable deposit from host at check in however at check out it was a Different person who collected the keys He said he didn’t know anything about the deposit to be refunded but eventually gave us it

Host was not available and we were stuck from getting inside the property. He mentioned he was in Saudi Arabia and forgot to block out the dates. Very unfair treatment from both the host and booking.com who failed to reimburse us for the extra cost of finding a replacement.

We really enjoyed our stay in this duplex appartment next to St Paul's Square. The staff was exceptional. Loved the little extras like the box of chocolates that greeted us in the kitchen. Parking included. Couldn't really wish for more and will keep an eye on this and likely book again.

The wifi unfortunately did not work, but that was not a big issue for me as I could tether from my mobile. The apartment is fully furnished including dishwasher and washer/dryer. It would be helpful to have a booklet with some basic instructions for future renters. Apart from that, nothing really to comment.
