"Good place to stay near AIG"

The property offers all the basic needs one needs for the stay. Its vicinity to AIG hospitals makes it a premium accommodation if you have to go to the hospital a lot.

Introduce a small hotel kitchen or a kitchenette in the rooms with basic stuff like coffee machine, microwave and it will be perfect.
