UAThe apartment is very cozy and clean with all the amenities. I really liked the location, and the balcony is absolutely wonderful.
NZExcellent central location within 10 minutes walk from train station. Close to numerous cafes, restaurants, supermarket, & shops, as well as the ability to walk alongside the picturesque shoreline of Lake Como. Quiet, comfortable, extremely clean apartment - including a superb shower! It has the added bonuses of a view from the balcony, a lift, a cafe below at street level, & a gate at the front entrance which is locked at night giving added security.
Nothing to dislike. As listed, a coffee machine was available for use (& the ability to heat a mug of hot water in the microwave) however I would like to recommend the addition of a small electric kettle for the tea drinkers among us! The bunch of keys is quite bulky to carry around, but not a major issue. This may have been mentioned previously. I also agree with another reviewer, that it would be nice to have a comfortable chair available - if room could be found for it. It would seem quite an effort to collapse the large sofa bed each day, just to get a comfortable seat.

We wished there was a real bed instead of a folded couch bed. We think there’s enough space for a real bed. It would have been a 10 out of 10 for us. Nevertheless, we knew about it beforehand and it was still a really good accomodation.
PLVery convenient location, clean, tidy and quiet place with spacious room and bright, big bathroom. Very well equipped, big TV, cosy balcony and nice kitchen. Close to shops and restaurants. Garage available, although for small/medium cars rather ;) Very nice and welcoming host.
There is only one (although big 3-door) window, thus the room may not be as bright as expected. It did not matter though as we were using the flat only to get some sleep ;)
